Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production

All items are made to order. This means your product is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Orders require a production period before shipment.

Production Time: 3–7 business days
(Production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.)


Shipping Time Estimates

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using our standard delivery service.

Estimated Delivery (U.S.): 7–12 business days after shipment
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear while the carrier processes the package.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be replaced or refunded once dispatched.

If you notice an address error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on production and fulfillment logistics.
