Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Every item in our store is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are considered final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Replacements or Refunds
We will gladly replace or refund your order if one of the following occurs:
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- The item arrived damaged
- There is a printing or manufacturing defect
- The product quality is significantly flawed due to production error
If your order qualifies, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund when appropriate.
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for assistance:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue
- A photo of the packaging label (if available)
Requests submitted without photo evidence may not be approved, as our production partner requires documentation to process claims.
Non-Refundable Situations
Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Preference or style dissatisfaction
- Minor color differences caused by screen displays
- Shipping delays once an order has been dispatched
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing measurements with a favorite garment you already own.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.
- Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Typical timelines:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: 7–12 business days (U.S. average)
These are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, as production and logistics are handled by third-party carriers outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier first.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will assist in filing a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement when applicable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Returns & Replacements
Because every piece is individually produced upon order, we do not operate a traditional return system.
If an item qualifies for a replacement or refund due to a verified production issue, a return will not be required unless specifically requested by our support team. In most cases, photo verification allows us to resolve issues quickly without requiring you to send the product back.
This process allows us to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary shipping, and resolve concerns faster for our customers.
